I am starting off the new year right! Feeling great about my progress with Weight Watchers and really happy that I took the plunge and signed up for a Weight Watchers coach. Also, I'm still going to Pure Barre about 3 times a week and I am definitely seeing a change in my body.

This is the year I will reach my goal weight. I guess if I were to narrow down a list of resolutions and pick just one this would be it. I'm going to reach my goal weight. I know it will happen. I'm not just hopeful but positive. There have been many attempts at weight loss throughout my adult life but this time feels different. I am not just committed but self aware. I no longer just give up after a slip up.
