GETTING IN SOME COZY COUCH TIME

This is my last week before the fall semester starts. I will be taking 9 credits this fall in addition to doing an internship. I am enjoying my time off in anticipation for a super busy semester. Right now I am having some cozy couch time with my cuddly pugs. I am watching Gilmore Girls and just enjoying doing nothing.  



Weigh in is the day after tomorrow. Feeling good pretty good this week. Stay tuned for the results!

BACK TO BLOGGING . . . AGAIN!

Since my last blog post I have gotten married, finished another semester of law school, and gained about 10 pounds. As I settle into married life I am also moving back into my weight loss and exercise routine. I am going to start posting my weigh in results each week as well as any slip ups that come my way.

NEW YEAR, NEW ME

I am starting off the new year right! Feeling great about my progress with Weight Watchers and really happy that I took the plunge and signed up for a Weight Watchers coach. Also, I'm still going to Pure Barre about 3 times a week and I am definitely seeing a change in my body.

This is the year I will reach my goal weight. I guess if I were to narrow down a list of resolutions and pick just one this would be it. I'm going to reach my goal weight. I know it will happen. I'm not just hopeful but positive. There have been many attempts at weight loss throughout my adult life but this time feels different. I am not just committed but self aware. I no longer just give up after a slip up.
